A card on file is required in order to book an appointment.

This card will only be charged if you late cancel or no show to your appointment.

Late cancel within 24 hours of appointment

If you late cancel within 24 of your appointment, the card on file will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost.

Late arrival to your appointment

I allow a 10 min late arrival grace period. This is not to be abused. Both of our time is important. After 10 min have passed, the appointment will be marked as a no show which will result in 100% of the scheduled service cost.

Legally not allowed to work on clients with hand, feet, or nail diseases and infections

If you currently have any hand, feet, or nail diseases or infections - or have an abnormality on the hands, feet or nails that might be in question - you unfortunately will have to be turned away at the time of service. This includes but is not limited to: ingrown toe nail or finger nail, athletes foot, ringworm, nail fungus, hand-feet-and-mouth disease, etc. Please reach out if you have any questions or see your doctor for a clearance note.

Must be 16 years of age or older for most services.

For anything other than a Gel Manicure and a Gel Pedicure, you must be 16 or older. Nail enhancements applied at too young of age could result in permanent damage to the natural nail.

No kids.

For safety reasons, we ask you not to bring their children with you to your appointment. Most of my services take 2 hours or longer, which is a long time for anyone to sit still but especially children. This is a time to relax and take for yourself.
