ABOUT ME

My journey getting here is unique and maybe even unusual, but everything definitely happened for a reason.

I have always had a spark and a passion for art. It started at the young age of 5 when I won first place in an art contest at school. Throughout my life I have always created art for fun, but never thought I would be able to make a living just creating art in the traditional sense. With that in mind, I decided to attend the University of Montana and graduated with two business degrees in 2014. After that, I accepted an internship that eventually turned in to starting my career in corporate America management.

Fast forward to 2018 when I started working for a wellness and beauty startup where I would talk to business owners in this industry every day. I would listen to all their reasons for starting a business, what their passions were, and how they found the industry. In a lot of ways, I related to most of what they had to say. While still working at the startup, I started my professional art business in 2020. Even though I was finally filling the cup for me wanting to create, the cup that wanted to help people around me in some way was still empty. After getting my nails done by a fellow tech bi-weekly for 2 years, I developed a great passion for nail art. In the summer 2022, I decided to combine the two passions - I put my 2 week notice in at the startup and that same day I paid my deposit at Studio Beauty School to start their Manicurist program that October.

After graduating and getting licensed in January 2023, I opened my own little studio and I am out to share with the world my approach to nail care. With great detail, I can customize care to each clients goals and needs. There are many myths and legends about nail products and services, and many of the associated marketing words/phrases/tactics can be confusing. My mission is to provide the facts while identifying what products and services will be best for you and align with your hand and feet goals, lifestyle, profession, and events.
